Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with any product we supply please contact us directly with an explanation of the issue.  We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. 

Items must have been purchased in the last 28 days to be eligible for return

  • Clothing items must have all tags attached, are unworn and unwashed with no marks
  • Other items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it’s original packaging.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase from Groom & Gallop
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return, we are not responsible for these costs
  • Were not on sale and are not a gift card


Damages and issues

Please check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you have received the wrong product.  In the event of damaged or incorrect product supplied we will work with you to remedy the situation and provide replacements.



Once we have received the product we will notify you if your refund has been accepted or not.  If your refund is approved we will refund back to your original payment method within 10 working days.  In the event we have notified you your refund has been accepted please contact us if you have not received your refund in 15 working days.
